From a Custom Order to a Reusable Product Generator — Business Case
We tested personalized 3D products with Kiska café, developed a custom prototype for Invest Alliance, and completed our first independent paid B2B order for Fever bar: 50 personalized keychains for €100.
Every order needed a new design
Each new customer needed a different logo, text, size or QR/NFC configuration. Printing itself was easy once the model was ready. The time-consuming part was preparing a new design for every order.
The original order was made manually
We completed the paid Pub Fever order using hands-on CAD work and AI-assisted design changes. The original artwork was refined extensively. This generator was built afterward from that physical product and print project; it does not claim to have produced the first order.
Now customize the same product format
Choose an oval, round or faceted body, set the rim and logo height, change colors, upload an SVG logo and configure the NFC pocket. Download a multi-color 3MF with editable Bambu P2S print settings and check the slice before production.
Conclusion
The scalable part of 3D printing is not producing more copies, but automating the customization that happens before printing.
